Related to the rental activity, such as:

-     Communication to the authority of the beginning of the activity

-     Getting access codes to the police on line system for the registration of the guests and subsequent guest complaint

-     Getting access codes to the municipality on line system for registration, billing and and payment of the tourist tax

Related to each tourist property, such as:

-   Getting the Tourist Code (CIR or similar) or the related license, necessary to carry out  any sale or promotion activity

-   Provision of minimum equipment and production of commercial and tourist documentation required by law

-   Annual communication of prices and their variations to the authority
